Lock Consultation

This is your introduction to what we do and our introduction to what you want.  Choose your consult based on the desired locks you want.  If you are unsure, no problem, choose one and we can discuss them all. Washed and loose hair is required for consult.

  • Sisterlocks Consultation: $35
  • Interlocks Consultation:   $35
  • Traditional Consultation:  $35
  • Transfer Client Consultation: $20

     (Transfers book the consult only, the

     loctician will book your first retie at the

     consultation.)

  • Color Consultation: $30


Lock Establishment 

After you have had the consultation:

  • Your loctician will schedule your establishment. 
  • Locks are established over 1 or 2 full days. The consultation will allow the loctician to determine how long that timeframe will be.
  • Washing and hair care regiment will be discussed at this time.


Sisterlocks - Most popular style, Pricing starts at $850 for 4 inches of hair or less.  Price increases by each inch of hair over 4 inches, as well as the density (thickness) of your hair. 


Interlocks - Can vary in size/thickness. Pricing starts at $500 for 4 inches of hair or less.  Each additional inch, density (thickness) of your hair is extra. **Microlocks start at $850


Traditional Locks/ Starter Locks - Comb coil, Palm- Can vary in size/thickness.  Pricing starts at $200 for 4 inches of hair or less.  Each additional inch, density (thickness) of your hair is extra.


Lock Retightening Lock Retwist

Retightening (Reties) are every 4-8 weeks after the new hair growth. Locticians use one of the lock techniques to incorporate that new hair into the lock. The length of time between reties is determined by how fast your hair grows. Please wash your hair within 24 hours of the retie appointment or book a shampoo with service.


  • Sisterlocks  $120+
  • Interlocks    $  90+
  • Traditional   $  75+


New locticians take longer to retie locks. Therefore they offer the same services above and are priced accordingly.


**Reties are recommended on a schedule, please adhere to the schedule to maintain the health, care, and look of your locks.**

Lock Extras

  • Shampoo - Scalp massage and wash $30
  • Grooming - Retie edges only. $25 per half an hour 
  • Styling - Curl, Barrel Braid, Fish Braid,  $25 per hour
  • Repair - Reattach, re-establish $25 per half hour
  • Cut - Trim ends, Bob cut, etc. $35
  • Color 
  • Single Process Color - $60
  • Partial Highlights - $65
  • Full Highlights - $75
  • Bleach & Tone - $100
  • Toners - $10
    **Each tube of color and/or bowl of bleach additional $10
